·· HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? ··

Production is 3–5 business days, then shipping is 2–4 days for US, 5–9 days international. So most orders land in your hands in 5–9 days domestic, 8–14 days international. We ship from US printing partners.

·· WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY? ··

Because every tee is printed when you order (no warehouse), we can't accept returns for change-of-mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or sized wrong from what you ordered, we replace it free — just email us within 14 days with a photo.

·· DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? ··

Yes — we ship to most countries. Free shipping kicks in at $75+ subtotal. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.

·· WHY ARE THE DESIGNS AI-GENERATED? ··

Because that's how we can run a tee a day across 6 subcultures and not produce dead stock. The algorithm generates concepts; a quality check kills the bad ones; only the surviving 30% goes live. The economics let us print things a stocked brand wouldn't risk — and the cadence makes the catalog feel alive.

·· WILL THIS DESIGN COME BACK IF IT SELLS OUT? ··

Sometimes. Designs that get traction stay live indefinitely. Designs that don't move get killed to free up the production roster for new drops. If you see something you love, the safe move is to buy it now.

·· CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN? ··

Not currently. The system runs on its own logic. But if you have a niche we don't cover that you think we should — email and we'll consider adding it to the rotation.
